The Junior Clean Up Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of clean-up, catch-up, and rapid write-up projects for all assigned clients. This role requires close collaboration with the team supervisor and occasional support for senior specialists on complex data tasks, ensuring that financial records are updated, reconciled, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a strong proficiency with technology and the ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Weekly calls with team manager to discuss clients/workflow as needed
  • Handle all email correspondence with client
  • Complex JEs as needed
  • Fixed Asset entries as needed
  • Amortization schedules as needed
  • Review monthly reports with and without Auto Review identify areas to review/correct
  • AR payment application as needed
  • AP payment application as needed
  • Update clean up documentation sheet for each client at start and end of project
  • Bank feed entry and coding
  • Review of transaction list by date, corrections to entries as needed
  • Update admin when mgmt reports are shared
  • Perform all Rapid Write Up projects, Clean Up and Catch Up Projects with Nano to Micro Packages.
  • Bank feeds or manual upload of non connected accounts (not receipt bank)
  • Cash and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll Entries
  • Providing assistance to the Sr. Clean Up Specialist for those complicated and  heavy numbered transaction projects.

Requirements for Role:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • 2-3 years of Accounting experience 
  • Strong team player skills with close attention to detail
  • Accounting Skills and Familiarity with QBO, Xero, Google Docs, and Typing
